That’s a Wrap on 2025
Some of the highlights from this year.
What a year! As 2025 draws to a close, we wanted to celebrate everyone and everything that made this year great. From a dedicated office space to new team members to impactful marketing projects, here are some memorable moments and milestones from the past 12 months.
Our 2025 by the Numbers
- 1 new office space, shared with the wonderful Monday Creative team
- 6 new Crispers joined the team – hello, Max, Maira, Sneha, Cesar, Jen, and Erika!
- 12 editions of Fractionally Speaking, our monthly email newsletter (if you’re not already subscribed, sign up here)

- 200+ customer discovery and partner meetings booked
- 11 lunch and learns led by our team and partners

- 7 Show, Share, and Tell sessions to showcase what we’re working on to the team
- 150+ hours spent volunteering as part of our corporate citizenship initiative
- 10 team happy hours and get-togethers

- 21300+ tasks completed on ClickUp, our project management tool
- Countless Slack messages and virtual meetings (hello, hybrid work!)
- Dozens and dozens of coconut curry bowls from The Garden, our fave neighbourhood cafe
Other Highlights from 2025
Beyond the numbers, here are some things that made us proud and excited this year:

- Helping facilitate a gorgeous new brand identity for Clarity Planning
- Teaching two marketing sessions for the YWCA PowerUp program
- Collaborating with The Cheerful Pelvis on their rebrand and beautiful new website
- Reading our CEO Christine’s article contributions as a member of Forbes Business Council
- Supporting The Forum with their programming throughout the year, including E-Series, The Odlum Brown Forum Pitch program, and AI Skills Lab Canada, culminating with the release of their 2024-2025 Impact Report

- Hosting an event with LOCO BC and a few local business owners (including our client, Saul Good Gift Co.!) to celebrate Small Business Week
- Creating a new look and feel (as well as a new website) for Sterling Refrigeration
- Helping Celestial Systems launch new AI services, advance strategic industry partnerships with Microsoft, Dataiku, Sencha, and Digital^Shift, and deliver a full year of high-impact AI events and webinars across Canada and the US
- Refreshing HATCH Company’s website to better reflect their services and expertise

- Helping Tall Tree Integrated Health with a marketing and launch plan for their Port Coquitlam clinic
- Supporting Ian Macnaughton with new business positioning (and a new website to match!)
- Developing brand guidelines and providing marketing support for Chilly Ones ahead of some key launches
- Collaborating with Mouthboxx on behalf of TempStars to plan, promote, and co-host the RDH New Grad Summit 2025
- Helping to facilitate a sleek rebrand and website refresh for Fikse Wheels

- Providing marketing, communications, and event planning support to The Karina LeBlanc Foundation, and securing media coverage for their Girls in Motion event
- Helping Edge Sustainability Consultants launch their new mechanical engineering service with a comprehensive communications plan
- Refreshing the KORU Cremation | Burial | Ceremony website to better communicate the uniqueness of their service offerings and brand
- Celebrating Twin Lions Contracting for their 7 (!) HAVAN Awards and 6 CHBA BC Georgie Awards, including Custom Home Builder of the Year for both
